An AI Team is a simpler approach.
Instead of asking one AI to do everything, you give different agents one clear job each.
What an AI Team actually is
An AI Team is just: • Clear roles
• One job at a time
• One step at a time
You don’t need special tools or advanced prompts.
You just need to be intentional about what you’re asking for.
Meet the 7 AI roles
Each agent has one purpose:
• Luna — research & understanding
• Mila — organisation & structure
• Sage — writing & explanations
• Ember — ideas & creative drafts
• Sol — big-picture thinking
• Nova — technical problem solving
• Theo — turning ideas into actions
No overlap. No multitasking.
How to think about using them
Don’t ask: ❌ “Do everything for me”
Instead ask: ✔ “Help me think”
✔ “Help me organise”
✔ “Help me write”
✔ “Help me decide the next step”
One role per request.
One small thing to try today
Take one small task (a post, idea, decision, or project).
1️⃣ Ask Luna to help you understand or clarify it
2️⃣ Then ask Ember or Sage to draft something from that clarity
