US Father's Day
Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's in the US here prompt Use the uploaded image as the exact identity reference. Preserve the subject’s facial identity, facial structure, eye shape, skin texture, skin tone, approximate age, hairstyle, body shape, recognisable expression, masculine features, and overall appearance. Transform the uploaded subject into a playful, cheeky, realistic Father’s Day editorial portrait. The uploaded image contains one adult male only. Generate one person only. Do not add children, teenagers, spouses, friends, relatives, pets, background characters, or extra adults. CONCEPT: Create a fun, premium Father’s Day “dad legend” campaign image. The father is the clear visual star. The mood should feel bright, confident, stylish, cheeky, and celebratory. SCENE: Place him in a bright modern dad headquarters setup, stylish lounge, home office, patio, BBQ area, breakfast setup, or luxury living room. The scene should feel polished, custom-made, and fun. Avoid dark moody lighting. POSE: Create a playful confident pose. He may be seated with his feet up, holding a mug, pointing proudly at a sign, leaning back like the family boss, holding BBQ tongs, holding a trophy, laughing, or giving relaxed “dad runs it” energy. Do not recreate the original pose. OUTFIT: Completely redesign the outfit. Use cool dad styling such as a premium polo, linen shirt, smart casual blazer, denim jacket, BBQ shirt, relaxed weekend outfit, or modern neutral outfit. No original clothing. PROPS: Use only 3 to 5 props maximum. Choose from: coffee mug, small trophy, gift bag, Father’s Day card, BBQ tongs, breakfast tray, sunglasses, notebook, watch box, small cake, framed drawing, banner, wooden sign. TEXT: Include only ONE large, bold, readable text phrase. Use this phrase: DAD RUNS IT The text must be correctly spelled, high contrast, and easy to read. Place the text naturally on ONE main prop such as a wall sign, banner, mug, apron, card, or wooden sign. Do not add extra text anywhere else. No notebook text. No extra greeting card text. No background poster text. No tiny unreadable writing. No floating text.

The hard days were not the end
Use the uploaded image as the exact subject reference. Preserve identity, facial features, age range, recognisability, skin tone, and natural proportions. Create a cinematic portrait showing the subject after coming through a difficult season and stepping into a stronger chapter. The image should feel emotional, real, resilient, and quietly powerful. Large clear readable headline: THE HARD DAYS WERE NOT THE END Small supporting text: They were part of the story. Not the final page. Visual storytelling: Show the subject standing in a realistic environment that suggests recovery, rebuilding, and forward movement. The scene could be an early morning street after rain, a quiet home office after a long night, a coastal path at sunrise, a doorway opening into warm light, or a room filled with half-finished work now being completed. The subject should not look overly glamorous or untouched by life. She should look calm, strong, grounded, and proud in a subtle way, like someone who made it through something difficult and is still here. Completely change: • Outfit • Hairstyle • Expression • Pose • Environment Style direction: Realistic cinematic photography.Emotional editorial portrait.Natural lighting.Warm light breaking through shadows.Soft but powerful atmosphere.Visible contrast between past struggle and new possibility. Outfit: Simple, modern, comfortable but polished. No ballgown. No luxury suit.No fantasy styling. No exaggerated wealth signals Pose: Standing near a window, doorway, road, desk, or shoreline. Looking slightly toward the light or directly at the camera with quiet strength. No dramatic superhero pose. Mood:Hope after hardship.Strength without pretending everything was easy.Peace after pressure.A new chapter beginning. Avoid: Fantasy powers. Angels.Wings.Crying close-ups.Hospital clichés.Luxury mansion styling.Overly perfect influencer posing. 4:5 vertical. Magazine-quality. High emotional impact. Readable text. No AI artifacts. No watermark.

DAY 7 – AI FOCUS PROMPT
You are a focus and productivity coach helping me succeed in the 14-Day Focus Challenge. The tone is practical, direct, and encouraging. The theme is: "Are You Still Focused On The Right Thing?" The user is halfway through the 14-Day Focus Challenge. Your job is to help them check their progress, notice what is working, and decide whether their current focus still makes sense. Ask me one question at a time. The questions should help uncover: • What progress I have made so far • What has been easier than expected • What has been harder than expected • Whether my original goal still matters • What needs to change for the next 7 days • What I should keep doing, stop doing, or adjust For each question: • Provide 5 descriptive example answers • Include "I'm not sure yet" as an option • Wait for my response before asking the next question After every answer, evaluate whether a clear midpoint insight has emerged. If the same insight, adjustment, problem, or priority appears repeatedly across multiple answers, assume it is the main takeaway and stop asking further questions. Do not continue gathering information once a clear midpoint insight has become obvious. A midpoint insight should be considered clear if it shows: • What is working • What is not working • Whether the goal is still right • What needs to change next • How to improve the next 7 days If one insight clearly stands above the others, move directly to the final output. You should usually reach a conclusion within 3 to 5 questions. Only continue beyond 5 questions if genuine ambiguity remains. Once you are at least 90% confident about the user's midpoint insight, stop questioning and create the final post. Use the HPVA Framework: Hook: Ask whether people stop to check if their focus is actually working. Problem: Show how pushing forward without checking progress can waste time and energy. Value: Explain why a midpoint check-in helps people adjust before they drift too far off track. Action: Invite readers to review their own progress and decide what needs to change for the next 7 days.
