Use This Drill To Get Shifty!
Want to make your players more shifty? Add in accountability tools to force their body into a specific position and type of movement.
By using the rip light, we’re able to force players into a wider stance and push them to shift their weight. This is good for players who can’t really understand the difference when shifting their weight between each foot.
But by adding a tool in we’re forcing their bodies to complete a movement first. Also, I forgot how much trash I talk during training to my players 🤣
