Help-my booking percentage can be sooo much more!!

My current process is

1-Get brides to fill out inquiry form

2-Send out pricing info

3-Follow up(if they have not replied back)

My question to you would be…Do you feel I need to add more engagement steps to help with follow through? Im receiving hundreds of inquiries but only booking about 10/15% and would like to get my team more bookings in the upcoming year….Also how far is too far in advance to open the calendar for bookings (1-2 yrs).
