Six Weeks Income Wellness is happening in 26 hours
I know what to do but staying consistent is the real challenge.
Staying consistent with fitness has always been harder for me than starting. I knew what exercises to do, I knew what to eat but life, work, stress, and excuses kept getting in the way. What’s helped me recently isn’t chasing perfection, but focusing on small daily actions and being part of a community where people actually show up and support each other. Seeing others push through on days they don’t feel motivated reminds me to do the same. Fitness isn’t about doing everything right. It’s about showing up again after you fall off. If you’re on this journey too, keep going progress adds up faster than we think. What’s been the hardest part of staying consistent for you: time, motivation, or discipline?

Just feeling grateful today
Big thanks to all the admins and leaders in this community for keeping this space so inspiring Not too long ago, a friend introduced me to a simple side hustle. I decided to give it a try, learned everything step by step, and set up my own online store design. Since then, things have really turned around I was even able to get myself a brand new car! This community has kept me motivated along the way, and I believe if we keep growing and supporting each other, we can all win tog ether. https://wa.me/447441955274

OFF days are not REST days (why I started boxing)
jumprope | heavy bag | footwork | 2x workouts vlog ASMR YES, we gotta work on putting on muscle/cutting/etc, BUT that doesn't mean we don't do stuff on our off days. Y'all think I sit around on my off days not doing nothing???? No way bro. Gotta stay healthy! So I picked up boxing. So he's what an off day might look like for me when I'm not hitting the gym. 15 min jump rope 15 min shadow boxing 15 min heavy bag 15 min footwork Moral of the story here: don't sit around on your off days. Get around and move fellas. We're all gonna die. Try new hobbies. Try new movements. Pickup new sports. You can be a gym bro without LIVING in the gym like a gym bro. Also, here's a selfie cuz why not? 👉🏽 Which new skill are you trying out this year? Drop it in the comments!
Flex Friday 💪🏽
Alright guys, today’s the day! Drop those progress pics. Doesn’t matter if it’s a full flex, a pump selfie, or just a side-by-side to see how far you’ve come. Progress is progress. I’ll go first… I added my own photo but my face came out all messed up in it, so don’t roast me too hard 😂 Let’s see the gains. Post your pic below and rep the work you’ve been putting in. ⚡
