Judge your success - not by the income it generates or the outcome of the work - but by whether or not you did "the things required" by the task at hand. If you truly did "all you can" to achieve the goal you set for yourself, then you can hold your head high, no matter the outcome. So are you successful? The real question is: "Did you do all the you could to make it virtually impossible for you NOT to achieve the goal you set for yourself?"

Has anyone seen this graphic before? I feel like it has been haunting me this week... The arrows that are shooting out in multiple directions represents all the areas of my focus and energy. As entrepreneurs we wear so many hats within our business (not to mention our personal life). The arrow on the right is VERY exciting to me. What if we could hire/delegate or remove all the things in our life that wasn't our passion or focus. GO ALL IN - on what we love to do and what we are good at. Not only would we ENJOY our life more.
