Eight Step Progress Check Retention & Referrals
This tool can easily be adapted for any business type. Below are the bullet points on what to hit during the chat. This could be done very quickly in person or via a phone call. Watch this video if you want an example https://www.loom.com/share/e69ddeabfdc24eae9d938d8d82841d90?sid=fda90796-84f1-46da-8559-470f1badf83c Here is a quick script you can use! Thanks - Thank the student genuinely for being a part of our community. Without them we truly would not be able to do what we do. Best - Ask the student what is the best part of their training. Better - Ask sincerely what could we be doing to create a better experience for them. Past - Talk about where they started Present - Talk about where they are now Future - Set a future vision of where they will be if the continue training Referral - Ask them if there is anyone they know that is like them that would benefit from training with us Review - Ask them if they have given us a 5 star review on google or facebook yet. Let me know if you try it and how it goes!

Whoa!
P.O.A.D
P PURPOSE O OBJECTIVES or OUTCOMES A AGENDA or ACTIVITIES D DECISION or Deliverables This tool is VERY effective for BOTH sales meetings and internal team meetings. I have a business mentor who uses this anytime we speak, even if he is calling me to set up dinner plans. PURPOSE How many times have you had someone call you and it was 5 or 10 minutes into the call before you even knew why they were calling. A quick "Hey, the reason/purpose for this call is...." Can really help us get in sync and on the same page. Use this at the beginning of sales meetings to start setting the stage and expectations for your prospect. Example: "The purpose of today's meeting is to explore how a Krav Maga training program can empower you with self-defense skills, improve your physical fitness, and enhance your confidence in everyday situations." OBJECTIVES or OUTCOMES Example: "By the end of our session, I aim to have a clear understanding of your fitness and self-defense goals, discuss how our program aligns with those goals, and address any initial concerns you might have about the training or commitment required" AGENDA Example: "Our agenda for today includes a brief overview of the Krav Maga training program, including its structure, benefits, and success stories from our current and past members. We'll also discuss your personal goals and how our program can help achieve them, followed by a session to answer any questions you have." DECISION Example: "As we conclude, I'd like to understand your thoughts on the program and any further information you might need to make a decision. Does that sound fair?" Implementing POAD: - Preparation: Before the meeting, gather all necessary materials, such as program details, success stories, and FAQs. Be ready to adapt your discussion based on the prospect's responses and interests. - Engagement: Throughout the meeting, actively listen and engage with the prospect. Tailor your presentation to their interests and concerns, making the conversation as relevant and personal as possible. - Follow-Up: After the meeting, send a summary of what was discussed, any additional information requested, and the agreed-upon next steps. This shows professionalism and keeps the momentum going.

This Week's Call
For tomorrow's call I plan to discuss Hormozi's latest video: "Getting Rich Isn't Fun". There are some pretty hard truths in that video I think are totally worth discussing. If you have the time, check out the video before the discussion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aAbKVSFP6k Before we talk about "Getting Rich Isn't Fun"... Most important is to make sure we tackle any important issues you all are experiencing in your businesses. If you have an important topic, question or hurdle you want to discuss, post it here!

Let’s go! Didn’t have time to watch it yet. However I know that consistent effort and executing the fundamentals is an area for me to improve!
Skool Games
WHOA! This is crazy.... Winners get a 1 day training with Alex Hormozi & Sam Ovens 😎 https://www.skool.com/community/introducing-the-skool-games?p=34ea3e41 I have been watching videos and consuming content about this platform for the last serveral days. I think there is a TON of potential. My physical therapist is passionate about pickle ball and wants to create a business around it. - I told him to make a skool community and start inviting everyone he can to it - Eventually he can launch courses about pickle ball, schedule meet ups or online chats - Then when there is enough value in the group start charging for people to be in it! I think the opportunities are endless. Another thing I have learned from Sam Ovens is that energy going out in multiple directions is not going to get as far as focused energy. So how can we use this to IMPROVE and ADD value to things that we are already doing?

@Eric Basek you can join that community for free since you created this group. He has some good info, I haven’t been able to dive into it all but nothing likely that you haven’t heard. I am slowly working on rolling out my wellness group. Steps for me - finish setting it up - Move my free fb group to the platform - Create my entire nutrition program as a DIY course inside the free group - Create a second group that is a Low barrier entry, group coaching platform. Will cost to be part of but can do the coaching program with group support - All of this will funnel to my 1-1 nutrition coaching program Participating in the games might not be worth it right now. However everyone in that group is sharing how they grow and scale quickly. I think you could probably copy the above model and use for your YouTube partners and create a free / paid / 1:1 type model. A place to house all your personalities/relstionships/partners Online version of the cool networking party, just did but at the cost of $99/mo or $200/mo
