URGENT: NEW Heartland Application Process
HEARTLAND will be updated in CIP very soon! If you have questions, reach out to your support team on your Teams thread!
The application process has been updated. To speed the process up after YOU do the app YOU send the releases to your driver so they can sign them.
QB has been updated, but this is the updated process
Step 1: RECRUITERS COMPLETE APP for driver - MUST have 10-year work history
- Use the online link below
- Select CDL Hunter or leave the referral spot blank
- Do not sign the releases - Send them the Release link below & note in QB when you add your driver.
Step 2:
- Add driver to QuickBase. Add to the "notes: when the driver wants to start.
- Upload docs: Must have a long-form physical good for at least 60 days, a medical card, and a CDL.
Follow Up:
- Heartland will send releases and call driver. Follow up with your driver, ask them to watch for releases, and remind them to send in all items from step 2.
- Note updates in QuickBase from your driver.
My Drivers Approved...Now What?
- Follow up and ensure they have signed the releases.
