Couple of quick reminders & tips:
- The address on the Intellapp determines the hiring area
- You have to fill out the whole driver record in QuickBase.
- Checking & refreshing your spreadsheets every 2 hours is a good rule of thumb.
- Always ask your driver first for an update before asking for an update from the carrier.
If you want consistent driver hires coming in, you'll spend 30-40 hours a week calling drivers, taking apps, and doing follow-ups. Why? Because full-time work = full-time money! Another way to say it is "Consistent hires take consistent effort."
