Wordcore - Intuition
This week’s Wordcore word is Intuition. It fits so beautifully with our Open Page theme, Trusting Your Own Voice, because intuition is often where that trust begins. Writing create a room for that intuitive voice to be heard. Come and write with Intuition today. Prompt Write about a moment when your body, heart, or inner knowing understood something before your mind was ready to trust it. Did it change the way you felt about the situation. Could you use your intuition again to guide you? what would that feel like?

Wordcore - Avaia
meaning - Avaia means one of a kind. This week, our Empowering theme is taking your power back. I love this word for the 2nd week of Empowerment because it reminds us that power does not always mean becoming fearless, loud, certain, or completely healed. Sometimes taking your power back can just mean recognising yourself again. Noticing where you gave too much of yourself away (maybe for good reasons too). Where you stopped trusting your own voice or perhaps where you made yourself smaller to feel safer. Avaia, in the Lovecore sense, is remembering your one of a kind, that your power was never actually gone - it is in you, for you to claim. Writing invitation:Write about the part of you that is ready to return. That could be your voice, your confidence, your creativity, your boundaries, your joy, your softness, your fire, or simply the version of you who knows she deserves to take up space. Feel free to share some or all your, thoughts or writing, or also enjoy privately, the choice is completely yours. love always, Silver

Wordcore - Hygge
This week’s word is hygge - hoo-gah. It means warmth, comfort, belonging, and simple contentment. For this week’s empowerment theme, I’m thinking of hygge as the feeling of becoming a safe place for yourself. This week’s wordcore prompt Think about a time when you needed to create comfort, steadiness, or ease for yourself, it may have been during a difficult time, a quiet moment alone, or even in a small everyday way that only you knew. If nothing specific comes to mind, imagine what comfort could look like for you now. What would you need? What would softness or safety feel like in your life?

Wordcore - Vow
As a noun: Refers to the promise. As a verb: The act of making that promise. This week, we are exploring Gratitude - Finding Plenty in the Present and when I thought of that I thought of taking the idea beginning with us. I wanted to include this little promise from me to you. Today, we begin with a small vow. Place one hand on your heart. Take one slow breath. Look around the room and name three things that are here with you. Then write one sentence beginning with: Today, there is enough… A vow does not have to be grand. Sometimes it is simply a promise to notice. A promise to pause. A promise to meet the present moment without rushing past it. What does “enough” mean for you today?

Wordcore - Crepuscule
The period of partial darkness between sunset and nightfall. That soft in-between hour where the day begins to loosen its hold, and the night has not quite arrived. This week, we are reflecting on what life is still offering us. Crepuscule feels like a beautiful word for that. Because life does not only offer itself in bright, obvious moments. Sometimes it offers itself in the half-light. In the quiet space between what has ended and what has not yet begun. Not everything has to be fully illuminated to be meaningful. Sometimes the gift is the glow that remains.
