Footwork is one of the greatest skills that can neutralize gaps in athleticism. Having “Hall of Fame Footwork” is a cheat code. One mistake players/coaches make is that footwork is a “post player” skill. Most footwork if not all is applicable to all areas of the court. There might be subtle tweaks to footwork on the perimeter but for the most part footwork is universal. In this course we will show a variety of footwork drills and sequences to help you develop that HOF footwork!!

Finishing at the rim is essential for any basketball player. In this course we will show you a variety of finishes and how to develop them. These drills should be used as “vitamins” which you need to take every day to become strong at finishing. Our 4 E’s of finishing: Eyes on the rim early Elbow above eyes on finish Explosive in your movements Excited to initiate contact You’re gonna make mistakes, embrace them. GO HARD on every rep. Have FUN doing so!

In this course we will show you a variety of perimeter moves that you can use to beat your defender. Beating your defender is a mindset. Once again, we preach MASTERY OF MOVES. Do not fall in the habit of doing a bunch of stuff “ok.” Find 2-3 moves and BE GREAT at them. CONFIDENCE KILLS!! KYB Mindset!! Kick your butt!! Keys to being great on the perimeter: -Be confident -Use Change of Pace -Have different rhythms/moves -Be unpredictable -Be decisive

Make no mistake, as much as the game has advanced to the “layup or 3 ball” philosophy, mid range skill acquisition is still very important. Mid range game adds to your “touch” and “feel” of the game. The key is you have to work on it consistently! This course will give you more daily “vitamins” to take in. It will challenge your float and pull up jumper game. Go hard, embrace mistakes and DOMINATE SIMPLE!!

Small sided games are the current trend in the basketball world. They have been around for decades and are a piece to the puzzle in player development. The purpose of SSGs is to help improve decision making and IQ of players. Understand that in order to be in position to “make a decision” you have to have a superior skillset than the defender. So you have to work on individual skills daily! In this course we will show you a variety of SSG’s that we enjoy. GO HAVE FUN AND COMPETE!!

In this course we will show you a variety of shooting drills. From Form to contested shooting drills. As we tell our athletes, “SHOOTING IS THE SEPARATOR” in today’s game. Great shooters are created through countless reps. This course is broken into sections. Find the drill that accommodates your current skill level. DO NOT try advanced drills just to do them. Build your foundation and progress as needed. Get in the gym and go make yourself a great shooter! As we say... LET IT FLY!!!
