Ok I know I'm a day behind, but unfortunately I either overdid it on Tuesday or I got some sort of 24 hour stomach bug. I spent all day/night Wednesday throwing up and feeling queasy. I decided working out was out of the question for day 3, but I woke up totally fine today so I went back and did day 3 instead of day 4. I tried to take it a little easier today, so here's what I accomplished:
Hip Abductor: 3 sets of 12 on each side (standing, no weight or band)
Romanian Dead Lift: 4 sets of 8 (two 5lb dumbbells)
KAS Thrust: 4 sets of 8 (used the couch and a 10lb weight)
Straddle Squat: 4 sets of 8 (5lb weight)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12 (I did these laying on my stomach with a 10lb weight on each foot)
BURNOUT:
50 Glute kickbacks each leg (no weight or banded)
50 Frog Pumps
50 Calf raises
The calf raises really start burning around number 35 🥵
