Hip Abductor: 3 sets of 10, standing with band.
Romanian Dead Lift: 4 sets of 8, two 15lb weights.
KAS Thrust: 4 sets of 8, 15lbs.
Straddle Squat: 4 sets of 8, one 15lb weights.
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10, with a band.
BURNOUT:
25 Glute kickbacks each leg, no resistance. I stopped at 25 cause I still gotta walk tomorrow and these things could not both occur.
