Close Grip Push-ups: 3 sets of 12 - I did inclined wall pushups to reduce the stress on my wrists, so I did 12!
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 12 - 2 5lb weights
15 squats for Santa 🤶🏼
20 Lateral raises - 2 5lb weights
20 Skull Crushers - 2 5lb weights
20 Rear delt fly - 2 5lb weights
I'm glad the only lower body was a the handful of squats today. I can barely move my legs 😂
