Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 10, two 10lb weights
Close Grip Push-ups: 3 sets of 10, had to do on a piece of furniture, couldn't do it even on knees.
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10, two 10lb weights
15 squats for Santa!

20 Lateral raises, two 5lb weights
20 Skull Crushers, two 5lb weights
20 Rear delt fly, two softballs. Couldn't handle the weights.
