Dead Hang/ Pull Ups: modified. I don't have a true dead hang spot, but I found something in my house I could kinda dangle from..sorta. 55 seconds of sorta dangling.

Incline Chest Press: 2 sets of 10 with two 15lb weights
Gorilla Rows: 2 sets of 10 with two 15 lb weights
Rear Delt Fly: 2 sets of 10 reps with two 5lb weights
Dips: 2 sets 10 reps
