Every Friday AM, we’ll celebrate weekly progress together by dropping 2-3 wins alongside a bottleneck you've faced this week. This is an opportunity to reflect on your training week, troubleshoot your obstacles and engaged with the community!
A “win” can be anything that moved the needle for you this week:
🌟Hitting a new PB in the gym
🌟Staying consistent with training or nutrition
🌟Prioritising recovery/nutrition post match or "red" training day
A "bottleneck" is an area that you've struggled with
🥊 Struggling to hit recovery targets (sleep, mobility, nutrition)
🥊 Technique or form not improving as quickly as expected
🥊 Mental slump or motivation dip during the week
🥊 Balancing training with work/life commitments
