Hey everyone, I wanted to kick things off with a quick intro so you know who I am and why I started ShredSkool.
Right now, I’m 11 days away from stepping on stage at my next Men’s Physique competition. I’ve been documenting this journey — what I call my Road to Pro — over the past year. Bodybuilding has been my passion for the last few years, and when I first competed in Men’s Physique, I fell in love with it. The discipline, the structure, the constant pursuit of becoming better — this is what drives me every day.
Outside of bodybuilding, I’m also the owner of ObstaCourse Fitness, a group fitness studio in Redwood City, CA. I’m a husband, a father of three, and someone who lives for helping people become the best version of themselves.
For me, the most rewarding part is empowering people — teaching what true healthy eating looks like, showing the right style of training to match your goals, and keeping you accountable so you don’t quit on yourself. My wife Christina is a certified nutritionist, and together we’ve been helping people transform their health, fitness, and mindset.
That’s the purpose of ShredSkool: to share everything I know, to give you tools, and to create a community where we all push each other to get better.
