I’ve gained muscle but my left part of my chest seems more muscular then my right part of my chest even my shoulder seems to be that way and my arms, I eat 140 grams of protein a day should I up it? I work out both sides of my body equally
It’s kinda been hard to pack in all my carbs while only eating 1400 cal a day so is it okay for carbs and some fats to eat like a pack of ramen? Or even go to like chipotle? I’ve been eating very strict lmao
