Do you tell yourself that life interferes? Or do you own your intention? We can't control the weather, but we can choose one priority and work on it calmly for 25 minutes. I run a virtual room called 25 & 25 Calm Coworking. We meet, state our single intention, and focus on it quiety for 25 minutes, stretch, drink water, and go back to it for another 25 minutes and then check in before going on with our day.
