I run a virtual room called 25 & 25 Calm Coworking. We meet, state our single intention, and focus on it quiety for 25 minutes, stretch, drink water, and go back to it for another 25 minutes and then check in before going on with our day. I'm thinking of offering it on Skool. Does this interest you?
