Starting a Business? Step 1: Have a good Mission Statement
Just throwing this out there: I just watched one of the office hour videos. I see a lot of people coming here expecting the AI to first refine your business model... while it can help with that (without the need of openclaw fyi).. openclaw, itself, isn't going to execute anything without a proper business plan and directive. my first step would be to refine your mission statement! hone in on what exactly you're trying to provide to your customers. step 2 would be to have your llm of choice help you gather some insight into your idea to see how feasible business plan/model is or if there are competitors already cornering your market, etc. how to refine the approach and maybe corner a niche market, etc. Ai can most definitely help with that part, but you're nowhere near implementation phase yet. step 3: once you have your plan well refined, THEN you can start with "now that i have a solid idea with a solid model of how this thing should operate, how in the heck am I going to get <insert your llm tool> to utilize open claw to execute on my idea and then refine it and bring my idea to reality. just my two cents. happy to be a part of this community and looking to learn alot about openclaw's capabilities.
What did you learn from the Build It Session?
Ask the agents! Was the main point. My notes: Ossification = markdown file with key to what things are. (This is what I learned) I was prompting and checking on different ways to secure the website and game while listening. Super fun. Raw Notes: Try stuff... no cost to taking a stab of stuff. Git commit Claud Code come up with a strategy to secure it, run these services, security agencies >>> hacking agent ... strength test. Rate limiting Squeal injection Security Review Claude ??? (Enterprise) coding agencies You don't need to know Git commands? But, tell the agent to commit every change to git in the MD. Use as many Subagents to do a task... But it's in a season... In Claude Code, I will run different Claude Code...
Hydra Doom and I need a head for my Anti Cheat Solution
How to install Hydra on a PC... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qp5a7_BH3f4&list=PLbQhX3HIoPxoCA2EG3SOA_DabIaIC49hA Hydra Doom https://www.youtube.com/live/OzDHOHAQzdM?si=FjQOmQsy49vlNhWw Next Goal After Hydra is Installed. Hybrid Node.js homegrown replay + Hydra Head (close once per month only): 1. Install/run hydra-node (with --contestation-period 2592000 for 30 days) on the same VPS as your Node.js server.Use your server wallet as the single party; open the head once at month start (1 cheap L1 tx via API). 2. Add @meshsdk/hydra or official Hydra JS SDK to your Node.js project (npm install).Connect it to hydra-node’s HTTP/WS API (localhost:4001) — your existing Socket.IO game loop stays unchanged. 3. Extend the replay recorder (from your homegrown code): After each session or daily, compute a Merkle root/hash of all logged inputs + states.Submit that checkpoint as a free L2 tx inside the open head (Mesh SDK handles signing/submit). 4. Keep full replay files + validator exactly as before (local disk or Backblaze B2).Hydra only stores the cryptographic monthly checkpoints for on-chain proof (anti-cheat appeals, zero bloat). 5. Run everything for the full month: real-time anti-cheat in Node.js, free validation inside Hydra. No per-action fees or client wallet changes needed for gameplay. 6. At month end: Call one close() + fanout() via the SDK/API (~0.01–0.20 ADA).Auto-script re-opens a fresh head next month; Claude Code generates the entire bridge in one session. This gives you the exact “free inside for a month → one close” you wanted, plus verifiable crypto-proof replays on top of your Node.js system. Tell me “give me the 3 Claude prompts” and I’ll paste the exact copy-paste text for your $20 Pro plan right now. Ready?
