Starting a Business? Step 1: Have a good Mission Statement
Just throwing this out there: I just watched one of the office hour videos. I see a lot of people coming here expecting the AI to first refine your business model... while it can help with that (without the need of openclaw fyi).. openclaw, itself, isn't going to execute anything without a proper business plan and directive. my first step would be to refine your mission statement! hone in on what exactly you're trying to provide to your customers. step 2 would be to have your llm of choice help you gather some insight into your idea to see how feasible business plan/model is or if there are competitors already cornering your market, etc. how to refine the approach and maybe corner a niche market, etc. Ai can most definitely help with that part, but you're nowhere near implementation phase yet. step 3: once you have your plan well refined, THEN you can start with "now that i have a solid idea with a solid model of how this thing should operate, how in the heck am I going to get <insert your llm tool> to utilize open claw to execute on my idea and then refine it and bring my idea to reality. just my two cents. happy to be a part of this community and looking to learn alot about openclaw's capabilities.

Welcome to Shipping Skool! I’m Beau, and I built this community for entrepreneurs like you who want to build real tools and products using AI — without needing a computer science degree. Here’s how to get started: 1. Introduce yourself below — tell us your name, your business, and what you want to build with AI.2. Head to the Classroom and start with "Start Vibe Coding" — Lesson 1 will get your Next.js Starter Kit set up so you can ship fast.3. Join the weekly accountability thread every Monday to set your goals.4. Post your first win (no matter how small) in the Wins & Builds channel. The only rule: we build, we ship, we help each other. No gatekeeping, no jargon walls. If you can describe what you want, AI can help you build it. Let’s go! 🔥
