Boxing for Fitness
About one year ago I started taking boxing classes with Shark. Was feeling sluggish and out of shape and had had an emergency appendectomy 6 months earlier. I’m now probably in the best shape I’ve been in since high school. Down about 20lbs and have much improved blood work and resting heart rate. It has also been a good stress release outlet as my wife and I go through IVF. This next year I hope to build upon that progress and get stronger, leaner, and grow my boxing skills further.
