Sorry guys (Coach Shark), I missed a few days of posting but I am still here, still tracking nutrition and doing well with it. Down 4lbs (1.8kg) this week. Over on both protein and fats again today but I still count that as a win because I can REALLY EASILY go over on carbs. I love carbs. I’m staying focused and hydrating as much as possible to help ward off hunger headaches from fasting. Still in a calorie deficit and this is based on a goal of losing 1.8lbs / week. I feel like I’m doing really well.
