Try and remember,the old you has gone, evolved.we all have guilt,we beat that person,we stole,what ever,just keep in mind that was the old version,done out of suffering,it's not a life sentence,forgive yourself,don't dwell on it.As for others behaviour,it's out of your control, concentrate on what you can control,anger is like drinking poison and hoping the other person dies. Forgive yourself,forgive others,but never forget. Remember the ones who were there for you when you had nothing,And remember the ones who left when you lost everything.
