1.Only surround yourself with people who lift you,surround your self with 9 clowns you will become the 10th.,surround yourself with 9 gladiators,you become the 10th.
2.stop worrying about other people,what they think,what they have,what they do.,unless these people are relevant,forget them in every way.
3.forgive yourself,don't dwell on what you did in the past.There are no saints here.to grow,you have to move on.
4.disipline,it's as much doing what you don't feel like as it is not doing what you do feel like,discipline is doing,and avoiding.
5.Carry yourself like a man,talk straight,say it how it is,but also be kind to those that deserve kindness,avoid conflict,unless necessary,you feel you have something to prove,but you made this up in your head.Walk away.
6.do not mistake kindness for weakness,you will learn a hard lesson.The kindest,nicest men I know,are also the most savage.
7.be kind to others but harsh on self.Enjoy the journey,the suffering and pain,the hunger,the tiredness,stress,it's all making you better.do not pray for an easy life,pray for the strength to ensure a difficult one (Bruce lee)
8.Stop overthinking,if your thoughts don't serve you,treat them like anything else,if something,or someone is not serving you positively,then it/they have to either change,or go.
9-You are stronger than you think,you just haven't tried yourself,or been tried.You need to earn your own respect,this can only be achieved with suffering.
10-Life is war,each day a battle,some you win,some you loose,but in the end,the outcome,that's in your hands.Will you leave this world the winner,or the loser of the war of life?
