This call is a place for grounded support, shared reflection, and gentle guidance—a space to regulate, listen, and integrate rather than push or bypass. ➡️ We’ll move through reflective inquiry, personal guidance, and meditation, so we can show up more rooted in our lives, our work, and our offerings to humanity. Hey Mystiks! I hope that your January is treating you right. I am currently in Austin, Texas, and celebrated my 36th birthday in San Antonio on the 17th.
