Our monthly SDM community call is happening this Wednesday, and given the current climate, I want to name this clearly:

This space exists to move slowly.

To tend what’s heavy without spectacle.

To be met without needing to perform resilience or clarity.

💠 If you’re feeling steady and resourced, bring your wisdom and lived experience.

💠 If things feel heavy or disorienting, bring that too.

💠 If you’re not sure what you need yet, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

This call is a place for grounded support, shared reflection, and gentle guidance—a space to regulate, listen, and integrate rather than push or bypass.

➡️ We’ll move through reflective inquiry, personal guidance, and meditation, so we can show up more rooted in our lives, our work, and our offerings to humanity.
