Why Skool is Essential to Us?
Dear young people interested in artificial intelligence, technology, and the future,
Today, what you mainly see here is the Mevhibe Ateş Technology Foundation and L4Y Learning For Youth GmbH. But the structure we have in mind is actually much bigger than this.
We would like to tell you a little about the system we want to build in the future.
What are we planning for the coming period?
Our first step is to create a UK-based European structure. We expect this company to become operational very soon. Over time, we want to bring our companies in Europe together under this structure. L4Y Learning For Youth GmbH in Germany will also become part of it.
Our existing company in Dubai, AI Agent Node, is planned to become the owner of the UK structure. In this way, the upper-level ownership of our European companies would be based in Dubai.
Our next and more long-term goal is to connect AI Agent Node in Dubai to a Family Wealth Protection Foundation that we are considering establishing within the Abu Dhabi Global Market – ADGM.
These kinds of structures are relatively rare and can give founders significant flexibility in defining long-term rules, governance, succession, and beneficiary arrangements. Examples can be found in jurisdictions such as Liechtenstein, Jersey, DIFC in the UAE, and ADGM in the UAE. They operate within their own legal and judicial frameworks. One of the most interesting possibilities is that, under rules determined by the founder and subject to the applicable legal structure, benefits may be provided to designated beneficiaries based on defined conditions and achievements. These may potentially include support for areas such as education, healthcare, and certain family-related expenses.
In short, we want to create an interconnected structure operating in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Dubai, and potentially other countries in the future.
But the most important question is
What does all of this have to do with you?
For us, this is actually the most important part.
The starting point of this structure is not only the companies.
The starting point is you.
The Mevhibe Ateş Technology Foundation and the SevgiBrücke community will be the places where the future people behind this structure are identified, supported, and developed.
Within the last month, we selected two young people from our Skool community and hired them. Another person is currently in the process of joining us. Our new young Board Member also comes from the community.
This shows the kind of system we are trying to build
We get to know you through the community → we train you → we work together → we give you responsibility → we create bigger opportunities for those who succeed.
A journey that starts today with the MAT Foundation could one day take you to one of our companies in Germany, the UK, Dubai, or Ireland.
Our goal is not simply to provide training to young people.
We want to connect the young people we develop with real responsibilities, real projects, and, over time, real management roles.
And there is more
In the long term, we do not want the most successful young people to remain only as employees.
Subject to the necessary legal conditions and the final structure being properly established, we are considering a model in which successful company managers within the group could one day become beneficiaries of the planned ADGM Foundation.
What could this mean?
If one day you become the head of one of the companies in our group, you may not only be a manager receiving a salary or bonus. You could also become part of a longer-term benefit-sharing structure linked to the success of the company you manage and to the wider group.
This is still a future plan. The legal structure, conditions, rights, and eligibility rules will only be determined once the system is formally established.
But our thinking is very clear
We want to build a system where the people who grow with us can also benefit as the wider structure grows.
So why is everything connected to Skool?
Because a CV tells us what someone has done in the past.
But a community can show us much more.
Over time, Skool helps us see:
  • Who genuinely wants to learn?
  • Who finishes what they start?
  • Who is not just collecting points, but actually improving?
  • Who can apply what they learn?
  • Who researches and produces?
  • Who helps other young people?
  • Who behaves reliably when given responsibility?
  • Who works well with others?
  • Who begins to show leadership qualities over time?
Our MAT scholarship system already follows the same philosophy. It does not evaluate young people only on likes, comments, or levels. It also looks at learning, application, research, production, continuity, and meaningful contribution to other young people. MAT-Burs Yönetmeliği V4.0
That is why Skool is not simply a social community for us.
Skool is our talent pool.
Here, we get to know each other.
Here, you learn.
Here, we get to know you.
Here, you can start with small responsibilities and gradually move toward larger ones.
And when we need a new employee, project manager, company manager, or another person for an important role in the future, we want to look first at the young people we have already helped develop within our own community.
What happens if you are not very active on Skool?
It does not mean that you are “eliminated immediately.”
Everyone has school, exams, work, family responsibilities, and different circumstances.
What matters to us is not whether you are online every day.
What matters is whether you show real development over time.
However, if you are never visible in the community, do not join trainings, do not produce anything, and avoid taking responsibility, it naturally becomes more difficult for us to get to know you and consider you for larger responsibilities.
Because when we one day entrust someone with a company or an important project, we cannot only ask;
“Is this person smart?”
We also need to ask
Can we trust them?
Are they learning?
Do they take responsibility?
Do they help other people grow too?
These are the things we want to see.
Finally, we have a question for you
Why do you think we want to develop as many of our future employees and managers as possible from within our own community?
We would really like to hear your answers.
