Getting Credit for Course
CHAOS workshop
Orientation week is coming fast… and if you’re looking for a staff training that is active, memorable, low cost, and gets people talking honestly about camper behavior and leadership, I’d love to share a FREE resource called “CHAOS.” Using a simple LEGO activity and role cards, staff experience real camp-style distractions, homesickness, power struggles, side conversations, comfort seeking, and group dynamics in real time. Then comes the debrief… and that’s where the real learning happens. It’s funny. A little stressful. Extremely realistic. Most importantly, it helps staff build empathy and awareness before campers even arrive. I’ve now made the entire CHAOS workshop available for FREE including:• facilitator guide• role cards• workshop agreements• debrief process• presentation tips• printable resources You can access everything inside my FREE SKOOL community: Servant Leadership at Camp Direct course link:CHAOS Workshop Course Sometimes the best leadership training starts with a little LEGO set… and a whole lot of CHAOS.

Welcome
Just a quick welcome to new folks in the community. As you review a course make sure to check the check mark in the upper right hand corner of your screen for each section or session. This is how you get credit for completing the lesson and once all sections are completed you’ll get credit for the course. I will be happy to issue a certificate of completion for any of the paid courses that are related to John Maxwell leadership training. Please feel free to contact me with your feedback and questions. "Engage"
I am a big Star Trek fan and love that Picard always uses his "Engage" to get things going on the Enterprise. I am curious if you are fans of Star Trek? And I am using the term "engage" to prompt you to take a look at a few different courses here and provide some feedback. Thanks and have a Merry Day of Trek! It's all a Matter of Perspective.
