Behavorial Interviewing Course Now Available
Hey folks, This is the new Behavorial Interviewing Course (10 Modules) for hiring your summer camp staff team. It is based on Power Hiring and I was introcuded to this back in 2000 through my work with the YMCA when I was trained to train this module. I hope you enjoy it and will consider inviting others to join the community and learn more about these ever increasingly needed skill.
