SEO Q&A is happening in 7 days
Stop acting like an HR manager.
Most agencies offering SEO/GEO are just expensive hobbies because they are trapped by high fulfillment costs. If your profit margin is sitting at 20/30%, you are not a CEO. You are just a babysitter for your own contractors. The real money isn't in selling "work." It is in Asset Arbitrage. Think about it. With all the automations that exist today, you could give a client $2,000/mo in pure value through 30 optimized articles and a massive backlink network. It would only cost you $99/mo to fulfill. That is a 95% margin straight into your pocket. The best part is that it really can be 100% automated. You spend maybe 10 minutes a week on the back office and the rest of your time actually growing the business. Stop hiring people to do what a system can do better on autopilot. Arbitrage the value, keep the cash, and finally get your time back.
I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with everyone!
Imagine knowing exactly where AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini pull their answers from before they even respond to users… 🤔 Now, picture being able to influence those sources so that YOUR brand is the one recommended first. …wild, right? But it’s now a reality! We’ve just launched our brand-new LLM analytics dashboard, and it lets you: → Track the exact prompts people are asking AI search engines → See which sources these tools are learning from → Analyze which brands get mentioned and in what position And most importantly: Take action so that YOUR brand is recommended #1! Agencies that master this early will dominate AI search. Everyone else will be playing catch-up for years. This feature is live now
AI Mode vs. AI Overviews: Same Answer, Different Sources
Ahrefs data shows that Google’s AI Mode and AI Overviews usually agree on the meaning of an answer but rarely cite the same sources: the same URLs appear only ~14% of the time, even though responses have ~86% semantic similarity. AI Mode answers are longer, include more entities and brands, and often introduce additional sources, while AI Overviews lean more on concise formats like video. The key takeaway for SEOs: visibility in AI Overviews does not guarantee visibility in AI Mode, these are separate AI surfaces and need to be tracked and optimized independently.

🚀 ChatGPT Just Added Shopping Research, Huge Shift for Product Discovery
OpenAI rolled out a new shopping research feature inside ChatGPT, and it’s basically a personalized buyer’s-guide engine. Here’s the gist: 🛍️ What it does You tell ChatGPT what you’re looking for → it asks a few smart questions → it builds a full buyer’s guide with prices, reviews, specs, and images pulled from across the web. Think “Which monitor should I buy?” or “Find me the best running shoes for trail ultras.” 📱 Available today Rolling out now on web + mobile for all logged-in users (Free, Go, Plus, Pro). Powered by a shopping-optimized GPT-5 mini model. 💡 Why it matters This pushes early-stage product research into ChatGPT instead of Google.Users can refine results (“More like this” / “Not interested”), and the model updates in real time. For retailers? Visibility is going to depend on how well your products show up in OpenAI’s system + the allowlisting process. ⚠️ Not perfect yet OpenAI admits it can get price/availability wrong, so always double-check on merchant sites. 🛒 What’s next OpenAI plans to add direct purchasing via Instant Checkout, meaning you’ll be able to go from discovery to buying without leaving ChatGPT. This is a big one for search, e-commerce, and anyone in SEO. Early-stage intent is moving fast.

🚨 New Data Drop: LLMs.txt Shows Zero Impact on AI Citations (300k Domains Analyzed)
A fresh analysis from SE Ranking just landed, and it cuts through the hype surrounding llms.txt. After studying ~300,000 domains, they found no measurable correlation between implementing llms.txt and getting cited in LLM answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Here’s what you need to know 👇 SE Ranking analyzed 300,000 domains and the results are clear: - Only 1 in 10 sites use llms.txt - Sites with the file don’t get cited more often - Removing llms.txt actually made their prediction model more accurate - Google & OpenAI don’t treat it as a ranking/citation signal 👉 What this means Adding llms.txt is fine and low-effort — but don’t expect any visibility boost right now. It’s experimental, not a proven lever.
