After years of working with ambitious women who seem to have it all together, but secretly struggle with stress, self-doubt, and self-sabotage, I discovered that the real problem isn’t mindset. It’s the nervous system.

I help ambitious women battling inner resistance confidently grow their business and deepen their relationships, through nervous-system-led coaching and somatic healing, without burning out, self-sabotaging, or getting stuck in surface-level mindset work.

Because when a woman feels safe in her own body, the ripple effect transforms not just her life, but everyone around her.

💚 My biggest goal for 2025 is bringing co-regulation to women through a wonderful community space she feels seen and held in. This means, helping myself get visible through SEO so she can find us online.
