Realising that I had 82 pages showing 404 was a bit of a shock! Then by digging a little deeper it all made sense, a few months ago I was editing my Weebly site and decided to delete the UPTIME News page that was ten years old. Didn’t realise that all the news links would still be showing up as 404s! Will the algo penalise me for this @Gavin Foley 🤔 I think I’ve muted them all for 6 months now.

I have already shared that my blog is always replicated via what I have sent out to my email list I just amend it as my list is a warm audience, those on my blog potentially aren't. My email purposefully goes out on a Sunday morning as I know this is when my target audience are at their slowest, so have the time to read. As I am process and efficiency driven, I then amend, and repurpose and position onto my blog, but I found myself wondering when the rest of you might post your blogs, and the impact it can have on your audience? As I am posting my blog via my website, and not a blogging site I am finding it hard to establish if there are key times to blog post or not? Just ran through 'Get Set Up on Google' and although I already had Search Console set up (so I thought!) I didn't have a sitemap set! Doh! It's now set up and we are on a roll 🙌

After realising I had accidentally set up my sitemap incorrectly because my website doesn’t use ‘www’ and I had typed it in, it’s great to see some better results and data coming through. Quick tip, check whether your site domain uses ‘www’ or not BEFORE you do your sitemap 🤣 Sharing a win to say I’m pleased to have done: ✔️ sitemap ✔️ Google console ✔️ Google analytics What’s next? 😀

Have just found out that by signing up to Google Ads it has a keyword research tool. I had to sign up with my card details but you don't have to activate a campaign to gain access to the tool. Has anybody else used this Google Ads tool for keyword research? What was your experience with it? It seems like by using Google I'm accessing keyword information at the source 🤔
