Yesterday I was sitting with 2 different sellers. One was selling his grandpa's 600K townhome. When I stepped in and explained to him that my team will handle EVERYTHING, that he could stop working his butt off throwing good stuff away.... He was so excited because his son was stopping in today and he was going to tell his son that they could just hang out, that he found a company to get the house cleaned up, organized, auctioned and SOLD. All of it, even the landscaping. Yesterday I sat with an only child who was taking care of her dad who was 84 and slipping away due to altzeihmers. She was moved to tears when I explained to her that, if she gave me the listing I would take care of all of the rest of the process and it would cost her NOTHING more than the 3.0% of the $580K listing. What does your website do for you?
I build websites and trust them to find clients for me. Many times, all I have to do is answer the phone and new business just finds me. Today for example, there was a lead that came through the site. I called him and had a 4 pm meeting with him and his dad. I have a new $600K listing that wed are starting to get ready in the middle of August. It was so simple. And, at 6 pm I had a meeting with a client who's dad is in retirement village and they are finally ready to clear out dads home and get it sold. They CALLED me from the website and I met with them at 6. That was an easy $35,700 for the day. When you're the ONLY realtor in your market, it is so easy to find work.
