What does your website do for you?
I build websites and trust them to find clients for me. Many times, all I have to do is answer the phone and new business just finds me.
Today for example, there was a lead that came through the site. I called him and had a 4 pm meeting with him and his dad. I have a new $600K listing that wed are starting to get ready in the middle of August.
It was so simple.
And, at 6 pm I had a meeting with a client who's dad is in retirement village and they are finally ready to clear out dads home and get it sold. They CALLED me from the website and I met with them at 6.
That was an easy $35,700 for the day.
When you're the ONLY realtor in your market, it is so easy to find work.
