Today's session
Today's session was beneficial for me even though I had joined late. I managed to still implement the PPP framework with questions me and my partner came up with in the breakout rooms and it was nice gaining feedback from each other. The framework definitely allowed me to structure what I was saying in a better way and I could improve it by taking a pause before I start speaking and using the attention redirection practice so I don't focus too much internally.
