Maybe joining paid community again

I just started my new job in a tech sales role , it’s been a week and it has honestly been tough . I’ve never worked in the corporate space and I’m part of a huge sales team where I feel like one out a sea of dozen . Everyone seems so busy and the way the desks are arranged you can see and hear everyone’s interactions.

It feels like my confidence has been completely crushed all the work in my last job was now gone and it felt like my social anxiety is back .

At breaks and lunch I avoid people and stay in the prayer room all the time , I generally avoid speaking to people unless I’m spoken to first

Im thinking of setting some small goals this week

-Attending lunch and asking if I can sit with people
