Day 3

Missed a day yesterday but I’ll still share

Yesterday was my first day cold calling

Honestly I sucked

I got harsh feedback from my manager on my calls he told me to write down everything I learned at my old job on a piece of paper and bin it but it’s necessary for me to improve
Felt knocked after that and super embarrassed to make more calls
Didn’t hit my dial target that day
Was at the bottom of the leaderboard
Got outperformed by two new starters who had way more cold calling experience than me

This experience made me really negative it took me a few hours to calm down

Looking to try forget this experience and reset on Monday
