New Hobby. Officially started hiking! 🥾
Community. Met some incredible, like-minded people and made new friends. 🤝
Cardio session. Completed 20,000 steps in the English outdoors. 🍄🟫
🧠 Mental Health Focus. One of my biggest goals is to improve my mental wellbeing. Today’s events of fresh air, nature, and social connection helped aid it. 👍🏾
