Monday Morning Invitation: Turn Inward
Welcome to a new week, beautiful souls.
Before the emails flood in, before the to-do list takes over, before you give your energy to everything and everyone else - I'm inviting you to turn inward for just 3-5 minutes.
Your practice for this morning:
Find a comfortable seat. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Breathe in your natural rhythm - nothing forced, nothing fancy.
Place your hand on your heart and ask yourself: "What do you want me to know today?"
Then just breathe and listen. Don't force an answer. Don't search for meaning. Simply create space and notice what comes up.
If nothing comes through, that's perfectly okay. Go about your day knowing you showed up for yourself.
Here's what's happening beneath the surface:
These small invitations remind your body that you are listening. As you repeat this practice, the outside noise becomes less distracting and your inner voice grows stronger.
You will begin to hear clearly what your body needs, what it desires, and what it's truly capable of.
This is how you build trust with yourself. This is how you become someone who knows her own wisdom.
