I have come a long way in the past year. I had sepsis, pneumonia, aortic valve replaced. I was out of it for three months. I had to relearn to eat and walk again. I'm doing so much better now. I still have hard days. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalga. So it's one day at a time. I feel like I am supposed to be here. Just don't know my purpose

I'm still recovering from an illness last year. And now I have to have a complete hip replacement. So walking is hard, much less any other exercise!

@Kristina M. Johnson I also have Fibromyalgia and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I just got out of the hospital. I had an infection around my heart and broke off and went to my brain. Doing 100% better now though. One day at a time. And self care is very important at this time for me as well.
