Hello dear everyone
From time to time - I believe God drops into my heart TM nudgets (mostly out of experience ) and this is the latest - (Pls bear with am Posting without waiting for TIME-DELAYING-perfectionism) -
(I later got AI to perfect it - see COMMENT below THIS - Nice one - ...)
"If you don't give TIME-USE, " PURPOSEFUL BOUNDARIES "....
IT EXPANDS...
FLOWS ON.....
POURS OUT....
WASTES AWAY....
So,
A.) Schedule your PRIORITIES, give them time boundaries, and keep to it. Its like naming the hour. 'Cos Once the hour is passed - if its goal was distracted away, then the goal is not fulfilled.
Therefore lets STICK to that HOUR_NAME/Theme/Goal
B.) Set COUNTDOWN TIMER and ACCOMPLISH that GOAL
C.) TIE IT TO YOUR WHY'S
