This week… I’m not doing “busy”. I’m doing intentional.
Because let’s be honest…How many weeks have we planned everything… but didn’t actually move? 👀
Here are my Top 3 Non-Negotiables this week 👇🏾
1️⃣ Health (Release + Discipline)I’m choosing to eat with intention — not emotion.✔️ Waiting before eating✔️ Stopping before excess✔️ Breaking the snack cycle
Because I refuse to stay stuck in a body that slows down my assignment.
2️⃣ Declutter = Clarity + PeaceI’ve kept putting this off… but not this week.
✔️ 10+ mins DAILY (8–9am)✔️ Go upstairs — no overthinking✔️ Action first, feelings later
And listen… something shifted already 😭I started… and didn’t want to stop.
That’s breakthrough. Not perfect… just obedient movement.
3️⃣ Build My Bio Scanner Flow (Serve → Income)This is bigger than “business” for me.
✔️ Deep work: brainstorm + simplify✔️ Goal: 10 bookings / 10 guests / 10 sales/team✔️ Daily 7PM UK community conversations
And can I be real? This introvert has been reaching out…and God is stretching me in the BEST way.
From “no contacts” → to serving people boldly 💛
