The 'last 20 years' I boot-strapped a private commercial mortgage rating business for institutional clients investing in that space. Grew nicely until the commercial mortgage market blew up in 2008. Currently building a concierge wealthcare practice for healthcare professionals and business owners. The challenge is marketing against large financial advisors like Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.

After running 5 star AirBNBs, we are selling the business. Looking for a new chapter and a new city. Excited to connect with others in this group.

I've been a chef for 20 years and also teach yoga. Love to travel and currently wrapping up a 3 mo gig helping a friend open a new restaurant. Next stop? No clue yet but the universe seems to conspire to help me when I listen closely.

Twenty years in emergency medicine and helicopter flight medicine. Nights, trauma, the whole thing. Then telemedicine, which I told myself was a bridge and was actually a holding pattern. Rebuilding: an income that doesn't require me to be physically present at a specific hour to exist. Consultant work, courses, this room, writing. Blocking it: my telemedicine group just cut compensation, and I have not sat down and run the actual arithmetic on how many shifts it now takes to cover the gap. I have built landing pages, a podcast rebrand, and three courses instead. I know exactly what that is. I teach the pattern, and I am still running it. That's my three. Post yours.
