Feel like you’re working hard but not making any real progress?
You start projects but don’t finish them. You stay busy but don’t feel accomplished. Your brain keeps jumping from one thing to the next. And even though you want more for your life, your nervous system feels rattled and unprepared for the new journey you dream of.
This is the shadow side many women live in — the place where your desire for more collides with distractions, scattered focus, and self-sabotage. In Human Design, we call it living in the shadow. And for women who also carry ADHD symptoms (sometimes without even realizing it), the struggle can feel even heavier.
In this group, we’re uniquely building awareness — learning how to recognize our Human Design patterns so we can experiment with new ways of standing in our power, using our gifts, and creating better results. At the same time, we’re supporting our ADHD brains and the distractions that so often set us back. Blending these two approaches helps you start exploring the resources and supports you need to finally get on track and make real strides toward your goals.
It’s not because you’re lazy, broken, or incapable. It’s because your brain and body are working against the alignment you were designed for. The shadow keeps you spinning in frustration instead of stepping into satisfaction.
The way forward begins with awareness. Understanding your design. Honoring the way your brain functions instead of fighting against it. When you do that, the shadow loses its grip, and you can finally start creating the results you’ve been craving.
Question for you:
Do you recognize yourself in this — staying busy but not moving forward? What does that look like in your daily life right now?
Begin by taking the workshop: From Frustration to Satisfaction.
