Hey all great to be here! Quick intro on me:
Former Army Officer, Fortune 50 Management turned real estate investor and began my search 3 years ago. After a failed deal in late 2022, I successfully acquired my current commercial painting company Dave Cole Decorators in October 2023.
I'm involved in multiple groups both industry specific and in the ETA world. Happy to share my experiences and learn from others.
