I had a short interaction with a gentleman on LinkedIn.
He asked some very good questions.
I hope the interaction helps. You understand part of the process, and then it allows you to see the dynamic based on the nuances that you experience.
Lack of education, prevents anybody from moving forward. Education doesn’t necessarily mean a formal, structured classroom. It can be on the job. It can be watching YouTube videos or the traditional way go to school.
What you learn, where you train, if formally educated… are important for your current position.
Those that meet or exceed, do so because they’re driven. they have goals and outcomes.
Those trading time for a check, understandably will get what they put in.
