I had a short interaction with a gentleman on LinkedIn. He asked some very good questions. I hope the interaction helps. You understand part of the process, and then it allows you to see the dynamic based on the nuances that you experience. Lack of education, prevents anybody from moving forward. Education doesn’t necessarily mean a formal, structured classroom. It can be on the job. It can be watching YouTube videos or the traditional way go to school. What you learn, where you train, if formally educated… are important for your current position. Those that meet or exceed, do so because they’re driven. they have goals and outcomes. Those trading time for a check, understandably will get what they put in.

Triad Solutions Program✔🎉🐱‍👤😎🎆🎇🧨✨ I've started to create the whole enchilada for helping wholesalers when they are working with borrowers that are in distressed situations that will lead to the loss of their home to foreclosure. The Triad Solutions Program includes the following: Wholesaler -Located in TX, OK, LA, FL, MO, MI, CO (TBD) Funding Facilitator -Gray Lion Funding Solutions LLC Attorney for delaying foreclosure and allowing for the bail out -Located in TX, OK, LA, FL, MO, MI, CO (TBD) I am utilizing GHL, Apollo, ChatGPT, Google workspace, BMA, perplexity, Manus.IO, Copilot, Comet and will be utilizing with individuals in my networks on LinkedIn, FB, IG, TikTok. I am starting without the automations. I am launching manually to generate revenue to pay for subscriptions enabling me to purchase next level subscriptions that will meet my expectations for deal flow without allowing the flow to throttling my capacity. I am mapping out the processes for automation. I am finding, I may eliminate about 45 minutes to an hour and a half per file to secure outcomes based on intake provided to the AI Agents by the borrower. The Efficiency and Expediency needed for this Triad Solution Program has a significant impact on the file in the Foreclosure Bailout Process. I am impressed with the platforms and see my vision coming to reality. I have projections for cost on the platforms and am considering allocations for each platform and token/minute usage to maintain cost and profitability. No Imposter Syndrome Here!!! I am a service connected veteran. My first duty station was at Ft. Steward, GA. I was assigned to a post that was home to the 24th Infantry Division. We had a saying when we saluted our commissioned officers. We would say "First to Fight!" The Infantry during the basic training would hear, "FOLLOW ME, I AM THE INFANTRY!"
